Tainy Reaches Billboard Milestone as #1 for 50th Week

Tainy adds another historical event to his list of accomplishments by maintaining the number one spot on Billboard’s Latin Producers Chart for his 50th week. He remains number one after receiving five production credits for songs that made their way onto the most recent Hot Latin Songs Chart. It’s no wonder these songs skyrocketed to the top when they feature the talents of Dua Lipa, Bad Bunny, J Balvin, Travis Scott, and many others. It seems as though Tainy has a long list of stars just itching to get him on their track.

Hailing from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Tainy (born Marco Masis) has become the only producer in the history of Billboard’s Producers Charts to maintain the number one spot for 50 consecutive weeks. That in itself deserves a significant round of applause. Cheers to that!

Self-described “kid that makes beats,” it’s safe to say that Tainy is a very humble individual, even with all of his accomplishments. For the past decade, he has given the reggaeton scene a run for its money, spicing it up like a bottle of ghost pepper sauce. The music industry is waiting patiently for Tainy’s next big smash; until then, fans will have to remain patiently on the edge of their seats!
