Meet Breakthrough artist J Young MDK talks third album, Netflix movie” The App That Stole Christmas and More.

While 2020 has had its share of downfalls – it has been a stellar year for popular singer/songwriter and entrepreneur J Young MDK. The talented performer and brand ambassador released his third album, “White” two weeks ago. 

J Young MDK’s third album is a collection of songs inspired by a range of genres. Listeners will be able to hear the influences of: Alternative, Rock, Rap and R&B. It joins “Aqua” ( R&B) and “Black” (Rap) which he released  these two albums in November.  He made industry history, being the first artist to drop 2 albums from two different genres on the same day.

The release of “White” also effectively completes the trilogy of fine music he has been working on.  And if that was not impressive enough, the motivated artist even set a music industry record by releasing one new song per week for 50 straight weeks with his ‘50/50 Campaign’ until all 50 songs had been released.

But the creative genius didn’t stop there. It has been a wildly successful year for J Young MDK who has been busy with many other projects – making 2020 one of the best years ever for this motivated artist…even during a global pandemic!

While we all know just how talented J Young MDK is, some may not know the struggle this young artist had to overcome. The popular musician, who has type 1 diabetes is showing his support for those with the disease as the official ambassador for the American Diabetes Association.
