Fancy Gets Animated in “Boys Like You” Video

Who Is Fancy has dropped the music video for “Boys Like You,” his latest track with Meghan Trainor and Ariana Grande. “Boys Like You” is the follow-up song to his last smash single “Goodbye.” The fun and flirty song follows Fancy, Trainor, and Grande as they start “trippin’, freakin’, fallin'” over their boy crushes. The trio will take the Dancing With The Stars stage tonight to perform the song together for the first time. Tune into the first part of the two-night finale of Dancing With The Stars tonight at 8PM EST only on ABC.

Earlier this year, USA Today’s Patrick Ryan sat down with Fancy to discuss his hidden identity and music career. The up-and-coming pop star discussed the pressure of celebrity status, stating  “When you’re thrown into the public eye, you face a lot of judgment and criticism.” The 24-year-old continued, “I just wanted to prepare myself a little further for this kind of outlet, as far as people knowing exactly who I am and getting to speak into my life. I wanted them to know my art before they knew me.” After watching the “Boys Like You” music video, it seems clear that Fancy has broken out his shell and is not afraid to share his life with the public.

The breakout artist posted a photo on Instagram this morning, which features Polaroid pictures with Trainor and Grande taken last night at the American Music Awards. In the caption for the photo, Fancy expressed how “blessed” he feels to have not only been able to work with the young pop divas, but also how wonderful it is to have these “two amazing humans as friends.”
